All our goods are consumables and may vary in size, colour, shape and appearance from the specifications and image on the site. We will specify and advertise goods to the best of our ability but are not liable if same varies.
Please contact us on the day of delivery if you experience any quality issues with our fresh products. We will unfortunately not be able to replace any products, but we will give you refund if needed.
Our fresh products are straight from the farm/supplier, fresher than any shop can possibly offer. Please keep in mind that organic products do not always have the perfect look, but it sure do taste good and is healthy. We are also trying to move away from single use plastic and you will therefore need to put certain products in your own containers at home to increase the shelf life.
All our dry goods have best before dates as well as batch numbers, please contact us if you experience any quality issues before the best before dates expires. You will need to supply us with your batch number. We pack all our products in bio degradable plastic and strongly recommend that you rather keep it in air tight containers for a longer shelf life. We will replace your product or refund you if needed.
